Spring is here! Time to get planting!
Have you planted potatoes yet? Get them in before the summer humidity.
What else to look forward to?
Artichoke, asparagus, beans, beetroot, buckwheat, borage, cabbage celery, carrots, chicory, corn, cucumbers, cress dandelion, eggplant, endive, gourds, herbs (thyme parsley oregano basil coriander, rosemary etc), kale, lettuce, lupins, luffa, marigolds melons mustard greens, nasturtium, nettles, okra, parsnip, peas, pumpkin, radish rocket silverbeet, sunflowers, sweet potatoes tomatoes, tamarillos, watermelon and zucchini.
And if that’s not keeping you busy, don’t forget it’s time to plant avocado, kiwi fruit, lemon limes (for your mojitos and margaritas) mandarins, mango, macadamia, olive, orange and passionfruit seedlings. Oh and transplant your banana suckers.
