We’ve recently added farm/home delivery services to around Mullumbimby so you can order online or over the phone and get what you need to finish the job quickly and easily.
Our delivery truck features an onboard crane for those large and heavy items too.

When you purchase products online and select Click ‘n’ Collect you can only collect your goods from the store as nominated in the purchase process.
We ask that you collect your goods within 14 days of the goods being available for collection.
In most cases we will hold stock so please allow at least one business day to process your order before you come to pick it up. In some cases, due to the success of some promotions or nature of the product, stores may have to draw stock from a central warehouse or third-party supplier. In these circumstances the store will call you and advise an expected delivery date.
When collecting your goods, we will ask you for your driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID to confirm your identity and the credit card you purchased the goods with if you used a credit card. We may take a copy of your driver’s license and hold onto this for a short period of time. The name on the credit card must match the name on your Photo ID. These are steps we take to reduce the instance of credit card fraud. All details are held securely and destroyed after they are no longer required.
We do not allow third-party collections.
If the goods aren’t collected after a reasonable time and after the store makes reasonable attempts to contact you, the goods may be returned to stock and a refund processed.
Delivery & Shipping
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-3 business days.
In the unusual event of a delay in the dispatch of your order, you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity. If the store is required to order in goods for your order please allow up to 14 days for the goods to arrive. In these cases, we will advise you of the expected delivery date.
We may offer local deliveries within a defined region of Mullumbimby Rural Co-Op (Local Delivery Area). Locations outside this area may incur additional delivery charges. If you are unsure if you fall within this Local Delivery Area please contact us to confirm.
Unfortunately, Mullumbimby Rural Co-Op cannot deliver internationally. We are also unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect Addresses.
If the delivery distance has been misrepresented at the time of online order, additional charges may apply.
Heavy, Bulky and Over-sized Orders
Heavy, bulky or oversized orders must be sent via a courier and can incur different delivery charges. These charges are calculated based on the cubic size and weight of the item (or parcel) and the delivery location. An alternate option is Click & Collect, where you can collect the item from any of our Mullumbimby location.
Heavy, bulky, or oversized orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect Addresses.

Due to the unpredictable circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic please allow an additional 5 business days from the estimated delivery date to receive your items. Mullumbimby Rural Co-Op prioritises the health and well-being of our community therefore, most of our preferred courier services have implemented contactless delivery.
